Do you need temporary external management? As interim managers we assume profit and loss responsibility for our work in a line position of your company. We leave the company as soon as the problem is solved and a new stable business or management area is established or after the relaunch of the relevant strategic business unit.

Often, we are involved as interim manager in critical situations, to bridge personnel vacancies in order to restructure or to sanify a business unit. More recently we are engaged in the context of project work, if case of insufficient capacity or knowhow of the company's own manpower.

In different stages of company development as well as on problems and on individual tasks, where experts knowledge is needed for more than just a couple of consulting days, or if the existing management can't solve the tasks alone, or wishes external support, interim management is the best possible match to support the clients needs. Especially in business transition and succession, with the purchase or sale of an operating part or the whole company interim management provides the necessary support for the management and/or the board.
