Often, we are involved as interim manager in critical
situations, to bridge personnel vacancies in order
to restructure or to sanify a business unit. More
recently we are engaged in the context of project
work, if case of insufficient capacity or knowhow
of the company's own manpower.

interim management is the best possible match to support
the clients needs. Especially in business transition
and succession, with the purchase or sale of an operating
part or the whole company interim management provides
the necessary support for the management and/or the
