We accept
mandates to audit your books and annual statement of accounts according to statutory requirements, including written reporting to the appropriate body and discussion of the outcomes of the audit with the management and/or the Board of Directors. On request, you will receive a detailed written explanatory report about the audit.

We are at home almost everywhere. It therefore makes no difference whether the company to be audited is in AG or GmbH form, a cooperative, foundation, public corporation, pension fund or association.

We also perform special audits in which the purpose of the audit is determined to meet your individual needs or other statutorily prescribed audits of Aktiengesellschaften (limited companies).
